When the colder season arrives, we change our culinary tastes somewhat. Our daily menus include dishes that we tend to avoid in summer. To lift our mood on cold days, we like to reach for a mug of hot chocolate to drink.

Perfectly thick, real white drinking chocolate with a higher cocoa content (30%).

Is white chocolate still chocolate ?

Definitely yes, the product in the composition of chocolate that comes from cocoa is cocoa butter. Cocoa beans in their composition contain approx. 50% fat, the cocoa fat is called cocoa butter. Cocoa butter is the main ingredient derived from cocoa beans in white chocolate.

The white chocolates we produce have an increased cocoa butter content !

How to prepare hot chocolate for drinking ?

Many people ask us how to make good hot chocolate. When preparing, we should remember not to boil the chocolate, only to heat it to approx. 60 – 70 degrees and we should stir it slowly all the time during preparation, good chocolate does not like to be rushed.

Proportion 1

A cup of very thick white chocolate

140 ml portion – cup

Prepare approx. 70 ml 18% cream (or 35 ml 35% cream and 40 ml milk), add approx. 70 g. of chocolate. Heat to approx. 60 – 70 degrees while stirring slowly.
Once melted, the chocolate is ready to drink.

 

Proposal 2

A mug of hot white chocolate to drink

Portion approx. 230 ml – mug

Prepare 200 ml of milk, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (approx. 30 g). Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted.
