Description
The Chocolate Melanger / refiner is used, among other things, for the production of chocolate. We can prepare up to 1 to 3.5 litres of real, high-quality chocolate in it.
Two granite wheels rotate on a granite slab and grind up pieces of cocoa beans (nibs). During operation, 2 processes take place
- refining – grinding the cocoa beans to a size of less than 20 microns
- conching – stirring the cocoa mass/chocolate at an elevated temperature for hours.
In the device, we can prepare many organic pastes and creams
- pastes of various nuts for ice cream shops (hazelnut paste, pistachio, cashew, etc.),
- Nut butters made from peanuts (groundnuts), hazelnuts, pistachios,
- creams like nutella, gianduja – hazelnut-based pastes with added chocolate
Other uses:
– grinds different types of nuts: peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts
– preparation of pesto nut pastes
– possibility to grind spices (pepper, cloves, cinnamon)
