Description
Chocolate with coffee Colombia Monteblanco Passion Fruit is the result of cooperation between the Beskid Chocolate company and the Mała Czarna coffee roasting house from Wrocław. This unique combination is sure to satisfy both chocolate and coffee lovers. The cocoa beans used in the production of this unique chocolate come from the Peini plantation in Belize, which specialises in growing mainly the trinitario cocoa variety with a touch of criollo. Belize Peini cocoa is characterised by deep notes of nuts, exotic tropical fruits, vanilla and coconut. To further enhance the flavour of this unique product, coffee from the Monteblanco plantation in Colombia, which is grown at 1,730 metres above sea level, has been added to the chocolate. This coffee is fermented for 8 days with the addition of passion fruit and the local cholupa fruit. The result of this combination is a perfect harmony of flavours and aromas of chocolate and coffee, creating a true symphony for the palate.
