Description

Darkmilk chocolate with an increased cocoa content of 50%. The taste is dominated by notes of cocoa, caramel and molasses. Prepared from an aromatic variety of cacao that is grown in the Orinoco River basin.

Milk chocolate made from 50% cacao from Venezuela is a unique artisanal product that has been prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The ingredients are exclusively cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa fat and whole milk powder. Because the composition is so short, you can fully appreciate the intense flavour of the cocoa, which makes up as much as 50% of the product’s weight.

It is worth noting that the tablet has received awards at the Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Awards In 2020, the jury of both these competitions awarded her bronze medals.

Venezuela Caicara del Orinoco 50% milk chocolate not only delights with its taste, but also has many nutritional values. Cocoa is a source of magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium and also contains flavonoids, which have been shown to have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.
