Description
Gelato is a chocolate created in collaboration with the brewery Funky Fluid.
Pleasantly chocolaty, milky, fruity and refreshing, can milk chocolate be like that? Of course, as long as we have an idea for it. The 55% share of cocoa builds a perfect sweet base for the fruity additions. Blueberries, raspberries and currants are what turn milk chocolate into a fruit and chocolate dessert, and since it’s a dessert it needs to be decorated with something – preferably Marshmallows.
