Description
Trinitario cacao is a blend of two other cacao varieties – Central American Criollo and Forastero from the Amazon. This variety is characterised by medium bitterness and acidity, aromas of caramel, yellow fruits with subtle notes of coffee.
Dark chocolate made from cacao from Costa Rica is a unique product characterised by its artisanal nature and high quality ingredients. The composition of this dark chocolate is very simple – it contains only cocoa and cane sugar, which makes the taste extremely intense and deep. The absence of artificial additives and preservatives is another advantage of this chocolate.
It is noteworthy that the tablet received an award in the Academy of Chocolate competition. In 2021, the jury of this international competition awarded her a bronze medal.
Costa Rica Nahua 70% dark chocolate not only delights with its taste, but also has many nutritional values.
