Description
Akesson Bejofo chocolate has a very distinctive cocoa aroma with a subtle fruity-sweet acidity and pleasant flavour notes reminiscent of citrus and red berries.
Åkesson Bejofo cocoa comes from the Bertil Åkesson Bejofo Estate plantation, which is located in the Sambriano Valley in north-western Madagascar. This plantation has been producing the world-famous aromatic criollo cacao since 1920.
