Dark chocolate with Drip Coffee 70/14
Africa is the largest producer of cocoa in the world, but small islands off the coast of Africa produce the cocoa beans that make exceptional chocolates.
One such place is Madagascar; fertile soils, high rainfall and high temperatures result in beans from the Ambanja region having a unique flavour and aroma.
The chocolate, prepared from Madagascar beans, has high acidity and notes of citrus fruit.
We like citrus and to our chocolate we added coffee that comes from Ethiopia, which has a lot of just citrus notes in it. And that’s how Drip Coffee was created for lovers of coffee brewed by alternative methods.
Ingredients: Madagascar Ambanja BIO cocoa beans 70%, unrefined cane sugar, coffee (14%).
